Here is the process we follow for bathtub resurfacing:

Step 1: Determine if the bathtub has been previously resurfaced and if that surface needs to be removed. Strip if needed.

Step 2: Remove caulking and clean the existing surface.

Step 3: Acid wash the bathtub.

Step 4: Sand and fill any imperfections.

Step 5: Remove dust and debris.

Step 6: Mask the surrounding area.

Step 7: Apply a wipe-on primer.

Step 8: Spray on three coats of epoxy.

Step 9: Unmask and recaulk the edges.
